Brook Catering was founded in 2006 by Liam Murphy, Kieran Callinan and Sharon O’Donoghue. We cater for both food services and outside catering.
Brook Catering offer full Onsite Canteen Catering Services throughout Ireland for companies and organisations of all shapes and sizes. Brook Catering also provide outside catering services. The management team at Brook Catering has over 40 years experience combined. Brook Catering is 100% Irish owned. We can cater for events of all sizes. We have catered for 100’s of events throughout Ireland including The International Rose of Tralee Festival, Waterford tall ships race just to name a few.
We dedicate ourselves to providing a quality service by using fresh food in all our meals and guarantee that all our meat is guaranteed 100% Irish.
Through experienced Management, to dedicated chefs and right down to the waiter that serves the food we make a promise to you and to ourselves that we will provide service like no other.
